So let’s talk business. There are three ways to access my Polars course. The first is to buy it direct from me using the Payhip link below. The second is to buy it on Udemy with a coupon from me. The third is to buy it on Udemy without a coupon. What’s the difference?
- If you buy direct from me below you get the course for a lower price and I get the revenue from the sale - this helps me keep the course up to date and add new content.
- If you buy from Udemy with a coupon you get the course (and 3 hours of video) for a slightly higher price and I get the revenue from the sale. Udemy limits how often coupons can be created, if one is available you can (find it here)[https://linktr.ee/braaannigan]
- If you buy from Udemy without a coupon you get the course (and 3 hours of video) for the full price but Udemy takes most of your money (67%!).
So, how important are the videos? Turns out that keeping videos on a fast-developing library like Polars up to date isn’t possible. Getting value from the course to accelerate your career is about working through the notebooks - I keep them open all the time for my work! The videos are a nice-to-have but not essential.
